White drawing of a ball joint ductwork

Ball JointGo in any direction

The Ball Joint is installed in ducting as part of a dust collection system to provide flexible, multi-directional movement, accommodating up to 22° off-center. With 360° rotational capability, it allows ductwork or hoses to move freely without placing excessive stress on the system, making it ideal for applications such as CNC operations. Constructed from heavy-gauge galvanized steel, the Ball Joint features a raw end for connection to standard steel ductwork and a beaded end for attaching flexible hose (sold separately). Available in diameters up to 14" with flanged ends or other end types, odd sizes can be custom ordered with a six-week lead time.

White drawing of a duct bleed-in valve

Bleed-In ValveWith air not blood

The Bleed In Valve is designed to introduce ambient air into a duct system, allowing precise adjustment of airflow to balance pressure and optimize performance in dust collection applications. By adding controlled amounts of outside air, it helps correct areas of inconsistent or excessive airflow, ensuring a more evenly balanced system. Constructed from galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel, with optional 316 stainless steel, the valve is available in diameters up to 24" with flanged ends or other end types, and optional 16- and 18-gauge materials for added durability.

Butterfly ValveSo Pretty

The Butterfly Valve, also known as a Butterfly Damper or Volume Damper, is designed to regulate airflow in clean air applications. It features a circular disk mounted on an internal shaft that pivots to control airflow from fully open to fully closed, with the locking quadrant handle securing the valve in any set position. Constructed from galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel, with optional 316 stainless steel, it is available in diameters up to 24" with flanged ends or other end types, and optional 16- and 18-gauge materials for added durability. Diameters are manufactured to a tolerance of ±1/8 inch.

White drawing of a floor sweep

Floor SweepSweep it away

The Floor Sweep, also commonly known as a Floor Hood or Dust Nozzle, connects to your dust collection system to make shop floor cleanups quick and easy. Ideal for removing sawdust, metal dust, and other debris, it features a double-hinged door that opens for sweeping and closes automatically under system vacuum to prevent pressure loss. The integral “foot-push” tab allows hands-free operation for added convenience. Constructed from galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel, with optional 316 stainless steel, the Floor Sweep is available in diameters up to 12" with flanged ends or other end types, optional 16- and 18-gauge materials, and manufactured to a tolerance of ±1/8 inch.

White drawing of a drop out box

Dropout BoxBig open chamber

The Drop Out Box is designed to remove large wood chips from the airstream, keeping dust collection systems running efficiently in high-volume shops. Internal deflectors within the duct deflect chips downward into a built-in hopper, reducing the frequency of bag emptying and minimizing downtime. Constructed from 14-gauge galvanized steel, it is ideal for shops with machines that generate significant waste and currently collect into plastic bags. When ordering, be sure to specify the diameter and end style to ensure proper fit.

Origin duct spark trap

Origin Spark TrapIn-Line Spark Arrestor

The Spark Trap reduces the risk of fire in your industrial dust collection system. Also known as a spark arrestor or spark arrester, the Spark Trap is an NFPA recommended passive protection from fire risk. The Spark Trap spark arrestor is a passive fire protection device. Sparks enter the Spark Trap and are slowed down by turbulence. The spark slows down and loses its heat.
