Manual Blast Gates provide quick, reliable shut-off or balancing control in a duct system. Built with a durable cast aluminum body and a galvanized steel blade—also available in a heavy-duty, 12-gauge all-stainless-steel version—they allow the blade to slide smoothly in and out of the airstream for full closure or partial restriction to balance airflow. A thumb screw lets the gate be locked in any position. Standard units come with a Snaplock connection collar unless otherwise specified, with collars available in galvanized steel, 304SS, optional 316SS, or carbon steel, and in additional gauges such as 18, 16, and 14. Options include flanged ends in sizes up to 30" as well as other end types. Raw-end versions that slide into cut duct sections are also offered. Sizes range from 3" to 24" in diameter, with typical tolerances of ±1/8".
