Our invention addresses these shortcomings by eliminating the need for two-handed operation and integrating the locking mechanism directly into the clamp’s hinge assembly. The clip is fabricated from spring steel and is designed to automatically lock the handle into place as pressure is applied—this occurs seamlessly during the same motion used to snap the clamp shut. It functions as an involuntary locking mechanism, requiring no secondary steps or components.

Long Radius Tubed Elbows are constructed from seamless, mechanically bent tubing, providing smooth airflow ideal for applications such as paper trim and oil mist. Designed with rolled ends for SNAPLOCK connections, they allow quick assembly, disassembly, and relocation. The elbows are directional, with the collar positioned on the outside of the tube for outlets and on the inside for inlets, and are available in 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° angles with a standard radius of 2.5 or an optional 1.5. Made from galvanized steel or stainless steel (304SS, with stainless available in 3"–8"), they come in 11, 14, or 16 gauge and can be ordered with other end styles—be sure to specify the direction if not using SNAPLOCK ends.
